“Imported Goods” is a new on-going series of bottle tastings hosted by Bar Volo. Our goal is to introduce you to the most unique and distinctive breweries we have found in our travels. Ones with a sense of place and quality that are generally very small in production size. In most cases, these are breweries that have never shipped beer to Ontario before. Friday April 4th, 2014 (starting at 5pm) will be the first tasting featuring the charming farmhouse brewery from Esquelbecq, France. Brasserie Thiriez. Tasting will include a very special collaboration table beer with Jester King (Austin, Texas) called “Petite Princess"

The following beers will be available by the taster, flight and bottle:

Thiriez Blonde D'Esquelbecq

(Belgian Farmhouse Blonde)

Thiriez Ambree D'Esquelbecq

(Belgian Farmhouse Amber)

Thiriez Etoile Du Nord

(Belgian Farmhouse IPA)

Thiriez Dalva

(Farmhouse Double IPA)

Thiriez X Jester King Petite Princess

(Belgian Table Beer)
