11th Annual Cask-Conditioned Craft Beer Festival
Friday, October 23rd – Sunday, October 25th, 2015
Evergreen, Brick Works (550 Bayview Ave.)

Once tapped, cask beer only has a few days to be consumed in its prime state of freshness. We call these days, Cask Days.

The 11th Annual Cask Days Cask-Conditioned Beer Festival returns to Evergreen Brick Works in Toronto, Ontario. The festival will offer more than 300 beers and ciders served on cask across 3 days with over 8000 attendees. Cask Days celebrates the love for cask ale: unpasteurized, unfiltered and naturally carbonated beer that is served direct from a cask barrel.

Cask Days welcomes back over 100 breweries from across Canada, United Kingdom and the United States (California & New York State). This year, the state of Washington has been chosen to be the 2015 brewery feature presented in conjunction with Elliot Bay Brewing of Seattle. There will be a variety of 30 beers available from Washington State that have never been served in Ontario before.

Alongside an exceptional line up of beers, Cask Days brings Toronto’s most coveted restaurants and chefs including: Brando’s Fried Chicken, WVRST Beer Hall, Porchetta & Co., 416 Snackbar and Bar Volo. Other unique programming includes: The 7th Annual IPA Challenge, works by featured artist Andrew Kidder (RCADE Wizard) and local DJ’s Box Of Kittens.

From its humble beginnings on the patio of Bar Volo in 2005 with 22 casks, 18 breweries and 130 attendees, Cask Days has grown to be “the most exciting beer event in Toronto” according to Stephen Beaumont, author of World Atlas of Beer.

Tickets range from $25.00 - $150.00 and are available for purchase online http://caskdays.com. Additional ticket options include: early access to each session, brewer’s brunch and a guided tour with festival founder Ralph Morana. General admission sessions:
