All locations are walk-in bars (no reservations required) with plenty of seating and standing room.

BOOKING TERMS

A minimum spend is the required amount a group must spend on food and drinks when booking a private space or large group reservation. If not met, the difference will be charged. The minimum spend must be paid in full to secure your booking. For semi-private and private events, an additional rental fee applies.

Rental fees apply for semi-private and private bookings, with costs varying based on the number of hours reserved.

All bookings are subject to a single bill, which includes tax and a 20% service fee. No exceptions will be made unless confirmed by the Volo booking team. All payments are non-refundable; however, they can be transferred to another date if necessary. An invoice for the minimum spend will be sent once your booking request has been confirmed by a Volo representative. A minimum spend must be paid in full to secure your booking.

Please arrive on time for your reservation. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to allow for check-in and seating.

We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive within this timeframe, your table will be held, and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee your table will still be available.

If you anticipate being late, please call us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to hold your table as long as we receive timely notice.

If more than 50% of guests do not arrive after 15 minutes, Volo reserves the right to prioritize seating to other guests. The booking arrangement becomes null and all pre-payments are non-refundable.
